Korea's Leading Beauty Expo, “The 12th K-beauty Expo Korea” launches brand new online exhibition
and conference platform 'K- Beauty Week 2020' KINTEX owns the largest exhibition venue in Korea and
has been organizing K-Beauty Expo Korea,
the largest beauty trade show in Korea which has been held successfully
for 12 years with 1,000 beauty and cosmetics brands. This year KINTEX launches a new online exhibition & conference platform “K-Beauty Week 2020” that reflects industrial trends and paradigm changes
in the post-corona era. K-Beauty Week is
scheduled to be held for 6 days from November 23rd to 28th at www.kbeautyweek.com In recent years, the export amount of cosmetics and personal care has grown rapidly every year thanks to the Korean Wave that never cools down and the power of K-beauty brands. As the coronavirus spread around the world, the export performance of Korean cosmetics slowed to -2.9% and -4.1% in April and May, respectively, showing a recovery trend in June and July, increasing 14,9% and 14.7%. Korea Trade Statistics Promotion Institute announced that online sales surged despite the coronavirus, and cosmetics exports in August 2020 were $57 million, up 20% from the same period of 2019. In this rapidly changing
era, K-Beauty has planned to hold the “K-Beauty Week” so that K-beauty can
maintain its existing ripple effect and establish itself as a global standard.
As an alternative to existing offline exhibitions, 'Invited Buyer Video
