K-Beauty Expo Announcement for Foreign Exhibitors Vol.1

Greetings!

 

First, we would like to express our deep gratitude for your registration.

This is a guide e-mail for your efficient preparation.


1. Floor plan

The booth layout will be made and distributed in September.

Please note that it will be made in consideration of the size of the booth, the item, and the time of the application.



2. Entering directory information (required) for online exhibition


The online exhibition page will be open on August 16th.

For your online exhibition, please log in to the website and input the directory information by August 5th as shown in the screenshot below.

    3. Application for supplementary facilities (electricity, internet), furniture, exhibitor pass, name of the booth sign, etc.

    The page will open in August, and we will inform you afterwards.

    For reference, the standard booth package will be like a picture below. (1kw of electricity, lights, top banner, information desk, chairs, etc. will be provided. But other furniture must be rented or self-prepared.)

        4. Payment of participation fee

        Exhibitors who have not paid the participation fee are requested to pay as soon as possible. If you have not received an invoice, please send an email to us (kbeautyexpo@kintex.com).



        5. Forwarding Company

        If you have a plan to send your stuff to Korea through sea or air, and you don’t know the proper forwarding company, Please contact the manager below.

        Please note that using the forwarding company above is not mandatory. If you know any other forwarding company, you can contact them.
